Thank you for shopping at Ronnie’s Clothing and Shoes. We are committed to delivering your favorite products in a timely and reliable manner. The following shipping policy applies to all orders placed through our website.
Shipping Options and Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Arrives in approximately 5-7 business days. Free for orders above $75. For orders under $75, a flat rate of $5.95 will be charged.
- Expedited Shipping: Arrives within 2-3 business days. A flat rate of $15.95 will be charged.
- Express Shipping: Arrives within 1-2 business days. A flat rate of $24.95 will be charged.
Please note that these shipping times are estimates and do not include weekends or holidays.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the following business day. Orders with standard shipping are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via our carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders must be shipped to a valid street address.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning all taxes, duties, and customs fees are included in the shipping fee. You will not be required to pay additional charges at the time of delivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged upon arrival or not received within the designated delivery timeframe, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at ronniesclothing@outlook.com or call us at (334) 677-1530. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
